We are looking for a dedicated and versatile **Internal Sales and Admin Specialist** to join our team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our business, covering a range of responsibilities including internal sales, administration, vendor management, logistics management, and office management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage general office operations, including attending the main switchboard phone, ordering supplies and maintaining organisation
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed to order products and services
- Maintain positive relationship with Wholesale customers
- Develop quotes for simple requests utilising existing quotation tools
- Engage with customers to provide order updates and payments
- Engage with logistics providers (e.g., DHL) to manage deliveries and receipts
- Conduct stock takes and ensure accurate inventory records
- Support the management team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects
- Assist with any other administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations
**About You - Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role
- **Working understanding of ERP systems and quick ability to learn**:
- Excellent **organisational** and **time management** skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong **communication** and **interpersonal skills**, with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Attention to detail and a commitment to **accuracy**:
