Job Description
We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to fill Communication Officer positions at the Royal Perth Hospital. The successful applicant(s) will provide a customer-focused 24-hour, 7-day-per-week hospital communication service for staff, outside agencies, and members of the public.
Key duties include operating the main switchboard NEC Integrated IP Console (IIC) and computerised paging system, as well as providing patient administration services via WebPAS for patient enquiries.
