Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Consultant for Telstra, you will delight customers by providing an exceptional in‐store experience and acting as a trusted tech expert.

* Customer‐facing experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.

* Hourly rate: $33.33 per hour (+ junior rates for those under 20 years of age).
* Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6PM, 25% for Saturdays, 100% for Sundays, 150% for public holidays.
