This is a diverse and hands-on position involving all aspects of front-of-house reception, along with a wide range of administrative duties. If you enjoy a role that keeps you engaged, challenged, and making a real difference to families every day, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
1. Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and friendly manner
2. Answering and managing incoming phone calls
3. Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
4. Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry and maintaining records
5. Assisting with the preparation of patient files and documentation
6. Handling payment transactions and maintaining financial records
7. Supporting our practice manager with administrative tasks
8. Supporting the dental team as required
What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 2+ years of dental reception experience required
* Excellent computer and administrative skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
* Well‐presented, professional, and friendly manner
* Ability to multitask
* Australian work rights
* Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented reception area
* Excellent time management and communication skills, be reliable, courteous and a true team-player
* The ability to display confidence and reassurance in all patient interactions
* Willingness to learn and grow within your role in the Practice
* The ability to prioritise tasks and problem-solve effectively
