About The Role

* Day shifts only, with no split shifts
* Located at Rockingham Shopping Centre
As a talented Café Manager, you will:
* Motivate, support and manage a team of all ages
* Build rapport with your team and customers
* Lead and develop a team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performing work environment
* Uphold Miss Maud's proven policies and procedures to ensure service, presentation and cleanliness standards are exceptional
* Manage day-to-day café operations, including financials, inventory, and staff scheduling
* Work with the executive manager to grow the profitability of the café
About You
* Previous supervisory experience within a fast-paced environment
* A "roll your sleeves up" attitude
* A passion for customer service
* Possess strong leadership and communication skills
* Have at least 2 years of experience in café or restaurant management
* Ability to manage day-to-day operations of the café
* Someone who can think quickly and efficiently handle multiple tasks at once
* A motivated team player with a keen interest to inspire others to learn and develop
