We provide polished hospitality offering that is focused on Mediterraneanfood, fun cocktails and a carefully curated Eurocentric wine list.Situated in the leafy streets of Applecross this multi faceted venue has been the locals choice for over 20 years and are looking for an experienced Venue Manager to take the reigns with the evolution of this venue.We are looking for a Venue Manager to build a team and create a culture. He is a passionate devotee of our local fare, and works closely with growers and providers to ensure Fraser’s has the freshest seasonal produce available.The restaurant is informal, yet offers an elegant space in which to dine, with expansive floor to ceiling windows that take full advantage of the inspiring city and river views.
