About Our Client
Our client is a leading mining organisation committed to maintaining high standards of safety, training, and operational excellence across its sites.
What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Superintendent Site Systems, your key responsibilities will include:
* Advising operational teams on training obligations by generating and presenting compliance reports
* Providing guidance, mentoring, and support to Trainer Assessors and site personnel to maintain high training and assessment standards
* Generating and analysing training data, identifying trends, and conducting comprehensive training audits to drive continuous improvement
* Disputing and resolving compliance report discrepancies to ensure accuracy and adherence to site and regulatory standards
* Conducting site introductions and supporting workforce readiness through structured onboarding processes
* Reviewing and validating authorisations through structured analysis and integrity assessments
What You Will Need
* Proven experience in training administration or specialist training roles
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable but not essential)
* Proficiency with Learning Management Systems, with willingness to further develop skills
* Experience using the In-Field Assessment (IFA) platform (desirable)
* Understanding of AQF and ASQA requirements
* Strong industry knowledge to support training material development
* Ability to meet business needs efficiently within required timeframes
* High-level proficiency in Excel and Outlook, with exceptional attention to detail
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to provide advice on legislative training and licensing requirements
