Job Description
As the Account Manager – TELCO SMB, you will identify and drive new business opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and provide tailored solutions to clients. Acting as the conduit between commercial customers and JB Hi-Fi, you will focus on retention, growth, and acquisition strategies to build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business and showcase JB Hi-Fi’s value proposition.
* Generate leads and build relationships with partners and suppliers.
* Maintain trusted relationships across the value chain, ensuring positive customer experiences.
* Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement to solution delivery.
* Meet with customers regularly and conduct quarterly business reviews for larger accounts.
* Keep Salesforce updated with accurate forecasts and reports.
Qualifications
To succeed, you should have:
* Strong telecommunications knowledge, preferably Telstra.
* Proficiency in prospecting, lead generation, and relationship building.
* A proven track record in exceeding sales targets and maintaining Salesforce compliance.
* Ability to analyze data to develop engagement strategies.
* Confidence communicating at all levels, including senior management and executives.
* Experience in fast-paced sales environments with revenue growth.
* Technology experience in IT hardware, software, and services (preferred but not mandatory).
* Salesforce experience (beneficial).
* Current driver’s license.
