Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to provide secretarial and administrative support whilst maintaining confidentiality for the Director of Palliative Care. Use effective communication skills and interpersonal skills to build and maintain working relationships with stakeholders.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
* Provide confidential executive and secretarial support including producing high quality documents, medical & general typing and records, enquiry screening and diary management including the timely provision of necessary records and documentation required by the Directors
* Monitor incoming correspondence, papers and reports to determine priorities and direct to appropriate action officer.
* Input data into databases ensuring timely and accurate input and production of reports.
* Use of QLD health systems for entering forms into MYHR.
