Due to business growth an opportunity to start immediately has become available for a Sales Administration & Sales Support to be involved in a progressive fast paced business.
About the role:
Total Rural Supplies is a well-respected, privately owned Rural Merchandise Business which is expanding rapidly requires a full-time Sales & Administration person to incorporate into our team. Focusing on administration and stock management duties with occasional customer service, the successful applicant will need to be committed to providing high quality outcomes with an attention to detail. Although not a large part of the position the ability to very occasionally drive a forklift will be required so in time to gain a fork licence
Key function of the role:
* Managing OH & S Compliance and reporting
* Software management including accounts receivable & inventory code creation.
* Goods inward reporting co-ordination.
* Regulatory reporting and licence renewals.
* Assisting staff with computer program support.
* Data entry.
* Inventory Management including some ordering.
* General administrative duties.
* Handling phone enquiries.
* Price book maintenance
* Internal process implementation and management.
* Stock control.
* Implementation of process & Procedures.
* Some Counter sales as required.
Key personal attributes:
We are looking for people that have the passion and commitment for a positive outcome. The successful applicant must be good communicators with effective courteous interpersonal skills. You must be adaptable to change need to be energetic, physically fit and dedicated. A good attention to detail and a methodical approach to process will be required to get the job done.
Experience:
You will need a good attention to detail, able to deal with a fast paced environment and a positive can do attitude is a must. Sales experience is not essential but time in a rural or farming enterprise will be looked at favorably.
