What You'll Do:
* Work closely with our business partners and stakeholders.
* Provide a high level of client service to enable effective relationship management.
* Deal with our clients and stakeholders at Nutrien sites and facilitate insurance meetings to grow the existing insurance portfolio.
* Manage client insurance accounts, including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiries.
* Offer additional products and services to clients during the renewal process.
* Achieve budgeted revenue for retention and growth on existing and new business.
* Maintain policy records.
* Drive growth through new business opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
* A strong insurance sales background with a proven track record.
* Minimum of 5 years broking experience (advantageous).
* Formal tertiary qualification in business finance or a related discipline (advantageous).
* FSR Tier 1 training via a reputable industry body (e.g., ANZIIF NIBA) is mandatory.
* Constantly looking for opportunities and readiness to engage with clients.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, complemented by a driven, passionate and professional disposition.
* Ability to work autonomously within the business network to drive growth.
* Previous experience in building rapport with a client base and generating new leads.
