Key Responsibilities

* Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with consumers, carers, and other healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care.
* Cultural Competence: Champion the specific needs of diverse populations, including Indigenous and multicultural communities.
Requirements
* Registration: Current registration to practice as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
* Mental Health Experience: Demonstrated skills in mental health and discipline-specific assessments and interventions.
* Assertive Community Treatment Team: Experience working with people with severe and persistent mental illness or knowledge of the principles guiding service delivery within this model of practice.
