About the role
Lithgow Dental and Implants Centre is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dental Assistant / Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Lithgow, NSW. This is a casual role that will involve providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our clinic.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting dentists during procedures by setting up equipment, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment
* Greeting and welcoming patients, managing patient records, and scheduling appointments
* Performing administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing patient data, and processing payments
* Maintaining a clean and organised dental clinic environment
* Providing high-quality customer service and creating a positive patient experience
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or Dental Receptionist, preferably in a fast-paced dental practice
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
* Proficiency in using dental software and technology
* Some knowledge of dental software would be highly regarded but is not essential (Preferable D4Web).
* A passion for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of the dental practice

You must meet the minimum legal age requirement to work in Australia.

Experience with D4Web and HICAPS payments will definitely be advantageous.
