Overview
My client is seeking a motivated individual to join their team in a dual role, covering Leading Hand, Site Supervisor, Labouring and Safety responsibilities.
You will be joining a $30M+ retail project located in Brisbane's southside suburbs, working closely with the site and project teams to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
About You
* Experience as a Site Supervisor and/or Leading Hand, with exposure to site safety systems
* Hold a Certificate IV in WHS
* Trade background highly desirable
* Flexible and hands-on — willing to roll your sleeves up where needed
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence behaviours and engage site teams
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident working in a fast-paced construction environment
