About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Adelaide. As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in increasing the availability and visibility of our iconic beverages in supermarkets and convenience outlets.
* You will be responsible for merchandising CCEP products, ensuring stock is on sale and displayed as agreed.
* Making sure current promotions are activated and in line with the nationally agreed plan and that they are full and priced correctly.
* Ensuring coolers both CCEP and supplier are compliant to nationally agreed plans.
* Assembling promotional displays if required (e.g., Point of sale)
This is a physically demanding role, requiring heavy lifting. However, it's an opportunity to get fit while working!
Key Responsibilities
1. Merchandising: Ensure our products are visible and appealing to customers.
2. Promotions: Activate and maintain promotions according to national agreements.
3. Cooler Compliance: Ensure coolers are stocked and displayed correctly.
4. Display Assembly: Build promotional displays as required.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Effective Communication: Build rapport with colleagues and in-store contacts.
* Problem-Solving: Meet customer needs with a flexible and proactive approach.
* Manual Handling: Lift stock pallets of up to 16kg.
* Australian Driving License: Hold a valid Australian driver's license.
* Vehicle Access: Access your own vehicle in line with our policy and guidelines.
