Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues they may have. You will also be responsible for maintaining high visual merchandising standards, restocking shelves, and replenishing stock as needed.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have previous experience working in a customer-facing role and be comfortable using point-of-sale systems.
In addition, you will need to be able to lift 15L cans of paint and perform manual tasks as required. You should also have strong numeracy skills and be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Desirable Qualifications
Trade experience is highly regarded, and colour and design choices expertise would be an added bonus. If you have experience working with inventory control, merchandising, or tinting paint products, you will be at an advantage.
