Job Title
Job Summary:
* Lead a team to deliver high-quality security services across campus operations.
* Manage security contracts, ensuring performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee security operations at multiple sites, including CCTV, access control, and intruder detection systems.
* Provide expert security and emergency management advice to university executives and committees.
* Develop and implement protocols for managing security incidents, investigations, and awareness initiatives.
* Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including police and emergency services.
* Manage and coach a diverse team to achieve excellence in security and safety outcomes.
Qualifications and Selection Criteria
Relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive experience in large-scale security operations and contract management are essential. Demonstrated expertise in integrated security technology solutions, leadership skills, and excellent communication and relationship management skills are also required. Current and relevant security licences are mandatory.
