Job Description and Purpose: Plan, develop and manage Simoco Wireless Solutions business activity within the state and in line with the company's vision, business plan and market strategy for direct sales, indirect sales, service, rental, other lines of business and strategic partnershipsPlan and achieve in the generation of Sales opportunities aligned to State BudgetsProfitably grow and develop the market share of the Simoco Wireless Solutions businessDrive Simoco Wireless Solutions business to exceed customer expectationsProactively contribute to an environment that engenders and promotes the organization core values detailed in the Mission StatementPrinciple Accountabilities and Objectives: Meet or exceed budget targetsMeet or exceed other assigned key performance objectives / indicatorsDirectly interface with Simoco Wireless Solutions customers and prospective customersRepresent Simoco in positively positioning its solutions and capabilities to its target markets in the local marketFoster good staff morale and motivation in the local officeEnsure a safe work environmentAct as custodian for company assetsGeneral Functions and Tasks: Business Development Plan, execute and manage a Sales Plan to meet or exceed local market budgets within the periodInput or manage all Sales Reporting required by Management to evaluate the performance within the local marketInput or manage the Product Forecasting process as required to meet the order fulfilment or contractual requirements of the business within the local marketRepresent the business in relevant industry forums to positively position Simoco within its target marketsOperational Act as custodian for all company assetsEnsure that all office are neat, functional and presented professionally at all timesEnsure and promote safe work practices and environment for all staffProactively contribute to a positive team environmentParticipate in the Performance Management ProgramAct in the best interests of Simoco Wireless Solutions, its customers and its staff in accordance with Simoco Wireless Solutions procedures and the LawOther Job Requirements: Must have the ability to maintain good working relationships with clients, employees, and industry professionalsThis position requires a professional demeanor and an orientation towards positive outcomes for customers and other key stakeholdersMust dress in a professional mannerMust have a valid driving license and good driving recordMust be flexible in work habits and work scheduleMust have demonstrated a record of good work attendance and reliabilityMust be able to work with money and cash receipts and keep up-to-date expense recordsMust have effective oral and written communications skills and be able to articulate thoughts and ideas to othersQualifications and Experience Preferred tertiary qualifications in a business discipline or similar relevant qualification or proven industry experience of 7 years or greaterDemonstrated experience in the successful sales managementDemonstrated experience or capability for office management, team management, and business delivery and management reporting#J-18808-Ljbffr
