Rural Products Sales Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to manage all aspects of rural products operations and drive growth in Mackay.
The successful candidate will have experience leading dynamic sales teams and a background in agronomy or the rural industry. They will also possess strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and prepare profit and loss reports.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing sales and inventory performance, including aged inventory, stock turns and debtor arrangements.
* Overseeing staffing requirements, including recruitment, rostering, training and performance management.
* Nurturing and growing the sales team to achieve targets, upskill capabilities and provide value-add training with suppliers.
* Providing exceptional customer service and advice on rural products while introducing new product lines.

* Experience in leading sales teams and a background in agriculture or a related field.
* Strong business and financial skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
* A passion for building strong relationships and creating a positive team environment.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and operating point-of-sale systems.
