You will be a strong team player who contributes to portfolio growth and will provide exceptional support to brokers throughout the loan lifecycle. You will ensure communication is delivered in line with relationship and service expectations, and meets policy, procedures, and risk appetite requirements.

This is a permanent, full-time position which can be based from either Melbourne or Sydney office. Flexible 'in office' and 'from home' working options are available.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Portfolio management experience (highly desirable, but not essential)
Extensive customer service skills and exposure to call centre environments
Strong communication skills that demonstrate ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
Self-motivated and self-sufficient
Strong time management and ability to multi-task
High level of professionalism, ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals.
Is proactive and displays positive team attitude and willingness to help wherever possible.
Handles challenges appropriately using conflict resolution skills and maintains composure under pressure.
Has strong learning orientation and quickly grasps current concepts.
Knowledge of Third-Party Banking Systems (desirable, but not essential)
