Responsibilities
- Deliver quality outputs in the area of Operational Technology, primarily focused across the mining fleet and associated communication infrastructure.
- Direct involvement in the setup, maintenance and development of operational technologies such as Modular, CAT Minestar, Mineware or Leica and other technology-based components and communication infrastructure.
- Direct involvement in the setup and maintenance of operational technology wireless networks.
- Maintain other systems including CCTV, Point to Point and Point to Multipoint Microwave Links and GuardVant.
- Manage priorities to minimise impacts to mining while maximising performance of fleet systems.
- Sustain, support, and identify business improvement opportunities focusing on safety and operating efficiency.
About You / Qualifications
- Relevant trade or experience in Electrical, Auto Electrical or related communication field.
- Experience in similar field hardware roles at large mine sites or relevant industries.
- Excellent computer literacy – proficient in MS Office.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and within a large team environment.
Working Arrangements
- Dayshift only roster
- Based on site at HVO (off Lemington Road)
