Tasks & responsibilities
* Check and approve Tenancy Applications
* Prepare and place advertisements for available rental properties. Supervise the execution of Tenancy Agreements and associated documents. Subsequently manage rental enquiries and show available properties and conduct open for inspections
* Maintain regular communication with current landlords
* Organise repairs and maintenance to managed properties and inspect where necessary
* Organise and conduct: Periodic inspections of managed properties months)
* Conducting Condition reports, Vacating or final inspection & open inspections
* Prepare, lodge and present applications to the VCAT and act in accordance with orders
* Authorise payments of client's outgoings If required, attend to client's insurance claims and payments Track rent arrears Carry out rent reviews Complete and file appropriately all Bond Lodgements, Bond Transfers and Bond Claims
* Identify strengths specific leverage and share best practice
Qualifications & experience
* Relevant industry qualifications (Agent's Representative Course or Cert IV in Property Services or equivalent).
* Previous Property management experience of at least 2 years

Salary: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
