Our organization seeks a seasoned Business Engagement Professional to spearhead effective relationships and collaboration within and across departments, service providers, and ICT work. The Digital Enabling Services Branch offers program management and assurance, business engagement, human resource services, financial management, and strategic communication support. The branch also governs the Shared Services Centre, providing ICT services to participating entities. The Business Engagement Section serves as the primary entry point for new ICT proposals. This team collaborates closely with other divisions and departments to facilitate cross-functional engagement and solution design. This role involves working in a small team to ensure early engagement of relevant stakeholders, identify opportunities for ICT-driven improvements, contribute to cost estimations, and assist with process enhancements. We are looking for a candidate with experience working with diverse customers and stakeholders, demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining effective working relationships, and experience supervising staff.
