We are currently seeking an energetic, experienced, and Diploma-qualified professional to lead our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service, which includes After School Care and Vacation Care programs.

About The Role
As our OSHC Coordinator, you will:
* Lead the planning and programming of daily activities
* Supervise and support a small team of educators
* Communicate effectively with families, school staff, and the wider community
* Ensure compliance with National Quality Framework (NQF), including My Time Our Place (MTOP) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Take on the role of Nominated Supervisor (Responsible Person)
The Role Includes
* Permanent part-time hours (approx. 2:00–5:45 pm, Monday to Friday during term time)
* Additional admin hours available
* Full-time hours may be considered for the right candidate
* Flexibility around hours can be negotiated
* Some relief work at the Early Learning Centre may be required
What We’re Looking For
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of NQF, MTOP, and EYLF
* Leadership experience or a strong desire to step into a leadership/management role
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for working with children and building a positive, values-driven environment

Salary & Conditions
Salary is in accordance with the Catholic Schools (NT) Collective Enterprise Agreement 2022, based on qualifications and experience.
