Skillset is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Services Manager to join their client's highly regarded boutique accounting firm in Bathurst, NSW.

This is a Permanent – Full Time opportunity offering a dynamic work environment, strong client relationships and a genuine focus on professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic tax and business advice to a diverse portfolio of clients
* Prepare and review financial statements, tax returns and management reports for companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals and SMSFs
* Supervise and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering growth
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and trusted advice
* Contribute to the development and implementation of client strategies
* Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and regulatory requirements

Essential Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in a professional services firm
* CA or CPA qualification (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of Australian tax law and compliance
* Proven ability to manage client advisory and compliance work
* Experience with Xero, MYOB and other client software
* Experience in management reports, financial statements and tax returns for companies, partnerships, trusts and individuals & SMSFs
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
