Your Role: The Superstar Support Worker at our Tweed Heads Hub, you'll be part adventurer, part cheerleader, part life coach—and all heart. Whether you're hanging with clients in fun day programs or exploring the community together, you'll be making every day a win.

Adventure Guide: Help clients try cool things and shine in their community.
Skill Builder: Teach life skills with patience and pizzazz—helping clients be their best selves.
Care Guru: Pitch in with personal care tasks (because kindness is your thing).

Ready to join? The successful person is someone who is looking to work Monday - Friday between 8am - 5pm.
Who You Are
You're a people person with a side of awesome
Ideally you've got experience in the disability sector - Bonus points if you're great with challenging behaviours
No experience, no problem - we can train the right person Would be awesome if you were studying Community services
