What You'll Do
Investor Relations & Client Experience
* Serve as a primary contact for investors and distribution partners, managing day‐to‐day queries with professionalism and care
* Support the end‐to‐end investor onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from first contact through to completion
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and key stakeholders
* Monitor investor satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
Distribution Support
* Assist the distribution team in managing pipeline activity, CRM records, and follow‐up communications
* Prepare and distribute investor reports, fund updates, and other client communications
* Support the preparation and management of investor and marketing collateral, ensuring materials are accurate, on‐brand, and up to date
* Coordinate responses to investor due diligence requests and RFPs
Events & Engagement
* Plan and coordinate investor events, roadshows, and client meetings — from logistics through to post‐event follow‐up
* Manage event materials, invitations, and attendee communications
* Support the execution of digital and in‐person engagement initiatives
Operations & Administration
* Maintain accurate investor records and ensure CRM data integrity
* Work with internal teams (compliance, finance, investment) to resolve investor queries and service requests
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of client service processes and tools
What We're Looking For
* 2–4 years of experience in client services, investor relations, funds management, or a related financial services environment
* A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences — you treat every interaction as an opportunity to build trust
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal; you communicate with clarity and warmth
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines without dropping the ball
* Experience producing or managing investor collateral — you have a sharp eye for quality and detail
* Comfortable coordinating events and logistics, with a calm and solutions‐focused approach under pressure
* A positive, can‐do attitude with genuine intellectual curiosity about financial markets and investment management
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
