HealthShare Victoria (HSV) is a state-wide organisation that partners with Victoria’s public health services and suppliers to coordinate strategic procurement. Over the last 12 months, we have delivered over $120 million in benefits to health services, and have over $1.16 billion in value under contract. We also played an important role in the Victorian Government’s COVID-19 pandemic response, securing essential personal protective equipment and life-saving equipment to support our health system’s readiness for the crisis.We are now entering an exciting new phase in our organisational growth as we expand to deliver a full, end-to-end supply chain across the state, which includes the opening of a 22,500 square metre distribution centre that will serve as Victoria’s new medical consumables supply chain hub.The OpportunityReporting to the Head of Performance Analytics, the successful candidate will play a key role in driving operational excellence by delivering critical insights and data-driven support across HealthShare Victoria's (HSV) logistics and supply chain operations.Key Accountabilities Include, but not limited to:Deliver performance insights and analytics across HSV’s Logistics and Supply Chain operations.Create, review, and present cost-benefit analyses to support strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making.Develop and maintain reporting tools (including Power BI dashboards and Excel-based models) to track KPIs such as safety, quality, service, and cost.Support continuous improvement through identifying data-driven opportunities and building robust business cases.Provide operational modelling and scenario analysis for planning future resources, plant, and equipment.Collaborate cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, and broader business units to ensure consistent and validated data use.Contribute to the development of risk assessments, safety culture (via the BeSafe program), and uphold HSV’s core values.What You Will Bring:A tertiary qualification in business, finance, data science, supply chain or related field.3+ years of experience in an analytical role (preferably within Supply Chain).Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel (Visual Basic experience desirable).Understanding of logistics and 3PL operations, particularly in FMCG, Retail, or Healthcare sectors.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.A keen eye for detail, a curious mindset, and a strong sense of accountability.What HSV can offer you:Salary packaging4 weeks of annual leave plus monthly Accrued Day OffAnnual Leave loading of 17.5%Easter Tuesday public holidayA full position description can be found on the HSV Careers Page.
