About the Role
We're looking for an energetic Sales & Administration Officer who is passionate about 4x4s and the outdoor lifestyle. This role is a mix of customer sales, admin support, and general day-to-day business tasks. No two days are the same.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, distributors, and partners — representing the Zeus 4x4 brand with confidence and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to sales enquiries via phone, email, social media, and in-store
* Provide product advice and technical guidance on Zeus 4x4 accessories
* Process orders, invoices, quotes, and basic admin tasks
* Support sales campaigns, promotions, and new product launches
* Liaise with customers, installers, suppliers, and distributors
* Maintain customer records and follow up leads
* Assist with stock coordination and basic inventory checks
* Support general office tasks and small ad-hoc duties as required
* Assist with content ideas, product feedback, and customer insights (bonus)
About You
* Genuine passion for 4x4s, off-roading, camping, or outdoor adventure
* Strong knowledge of 4x4 vehicles (Hilux, Ranger, D-Max, LandCruiser, etc.)
* Confident communicator — friendly, professional, and customer-focused
* Sales-minded with the ability to upsell and recommend the right solutions
* Organised, reliable, and able to multitask
* Comfortable with computers, email, invoicing systems, and basic admin
* Can work independently and as part of a growing team
* Proactive attitude — you see a problem and help fix it
