Join the crew behind Mick in the Morning on Triple M Melbourne - a team known for big laughs, sharp takes and entertaining conversation. You'll work alongside an energetic, early‐rising group passionate about creating bold, social‐first content that connects with Melbourne listeners and sets the tone for the day, both on‐air and across digital platforms.

A day in the life?

As a Producer, you will drive audience engagement and retention by collaborating with production teams and talent to create compelling content for on‐air platforms, while also managing audience interactions, coordinating guest appearances, monitoring industry trends, and supporting national show strategies.

As a key member of the production team, the Producer is also responsible for all on‐air content aligned to the relevant station's key brand message and meets relevant risk assessment guidelines and on‐air codes before going live.

In this role, you will:

* Collaborate closely with the production team & talent to ideate, develop, and execute compelling content for both on‐air and digital platforms, ensuring audience engagement and retention.
* Primarily support Mick in the Morning, while also partnering with the Melbourne Content Brand Experience team to deliver station tactics, events, and special projects.
* Support the creative and planning process for segments and interviews, coordinating guests end‐to‐end and managing logistics to ensure seamless, high‐quality on‐air experiences.
* Act as the primary audience liaison, providing first‐class listener support, preparing contributors for on‐air participation, and actively engaging audiences across social and live channels.
* Drive continuous improvement and national strategy execution by monitoring audience feedback and competitor activity, sharing insights with the Content Director and production team to maximise reach and impact.

What You'll Need

* Experience creating relevant and on‐brand content within a metropolitan Radio market
* A genuine passion for Content and a thirst to create innovative and industry‐leading content
* Self‐motivated and with excellent team working skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with SCA's target audiences
* The ability and an interest to adapt to new industry technology and best practices in Audio
* Experience demonstrating active problem solving and the ability to think on your feet
* An understanding of legal compliance issues with regards to contests including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomes
