We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Officer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently and collaboratively with others to provide exceptional service to residents, visitors, contractors, and staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general maintenance duties such as painting, lighting maintenance, gutters, air conditioning, tiling, basic plumbing and other general repairs. They must also deliver a high level of service while maintaining the shared spaces in a clean and well-presented condition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing timely completion of routine maintenance tasks
* Maintaining accurate records of work completed
