We are seeking a highly proficient and capable Fleet Account/Business Manager to take strategic ownership of key group fleet accounts.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow existing key fleet accounts with a focus on long‐term partnerships
* Co‐ordinate end‐to‐end fleet sales processes, from quotation to delivery
* Build strong, consultative relationships with corporate clients
* Work closely with internal stakeholders including sales, finance, and logistics teams
* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
* Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of the fleet market and automotive trends
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in vehicle fleet account management
* Proven ability to manage high‐volume key accounts efficiently
* Deep understanding of the Australian automotive market
* Experience working with European marques and/or high‐volume vehicle brands
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‐building skills
* Self‐motivated, organised, and able to work autonomously
