* Perform technical investigation and resolution of MECM-related issues affecting clients, site systems, and content distribution, and contribute to system integration, verification, validation, and acceptance activities.
* Produce and maintain technical documentation, engineering artefacts, and standard operating procedures; develop and maintain PowerShell-based automation for deployment, monitoring, and reporting; and collaborate effectively with project managers, architects, security teams, and service operations.

About You And What You\'ll Bring

* Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent relevant industry experience.
* Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft MECM in Defence or large-enterprise environments, with knowledge of modern endpoint management practices and exposure to Microsoft Intune and Co-Management concepts.

* Experience with application packaging and deployment technologies including MSI, MSIX, and scripted installers, supported by working-level PowerShell scripting capability.
* Ability to work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, supported by strong written and verbal communication skills.
