Facilities Manager: Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
This role involves overseeing the safe and efficient operation of New Dawn's residential and commercial buildings, including hiring and developing maintenance staff, implementing repairs and maintenance plans, and managing property records.
The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in a related field and 3-5 years of experience in management, with knowledge of construction safety and productivity, local, provincial, and federal workplace regulations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
In addition to these skills, the successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and maintain high-quality records.
