Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the role is providing recruitment support across several sites within the business. You must be able to work effectively in a small team workplace with changing requirements and swift delivery timeframes.
Responsibilities
Advertising vacancies and managing applications
Recruitment of trades persons, machine operators and transport personnel
Carrying out thorough face to face interviewing and background checks
Liaising with site management and mobilisation team
Preparing employment offers/contracts
Qualifications
Previous recruitment experience
A sound knowledge of heavy earthmoving machinery
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
The ability to prioritise workloads and communicate effectively
Robust attention to detail
The ability to work unsupervised and work within a team with others
