Role Overview
Kingsmen Capital Partners is a specialist private credit and structured finance institution operating across Australia and New Zealand.
The firm originates, structures and manages senior secured, mezzanine and bespoke credit exposures across residential, commercial and development mandates.
The Executive Director – Capital Raise is solely responsible for sourcing investors and leading Kingsmen's capital raising activity across its private credit platform.
Reporting directly to the CEO and CIO, this role carries senior accountability for identifying, engaging, converting and scaling capital commitments across Kingsmen's funds and strategies, delivering sustained capital inflows of approximately $10 million per month from family offices, investment management firms, institutional investors and wholesale allocators.
Key Responsibilities Independently source, originate and engage family offices, investment management firms, institutional investors and wholesale allocators.
Secure material capital commitments across Kingsmen's private credit strategies from sourced investor relationships.
Build, manage and convert a disciplined investor pipeline into funded allocations and repeat mandates.
Lead senior‑level investor engagement, articulating Kingsmen's investment philosophy, underwriting discipline, governance framework and return profile with authority and institutional precision.
Drive discussions on allocation sizing, mandate structures, liquidity parameters and onboarding requirements.
Maintain disciplined execution from initial investor sourcing through to committed and deployed capital.
Investor Engagement & Market Positioning Represent Kingsmen with authority and institutional credibility across investor meetings and strategic engagements.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure capital inflows remain aligned with portfolio deployment capacity and risk appetite.
Provide structured intelligence to the CEO and CIO on investor sentiment, allocation dynamics and broader capital market conditions.
Governance, Compliance & AFSL Alignment Ensure all investor sourcing, capital raising and engagement activity adheres to AFSL obligations, Corporations Act requirements, trustee protocols and AML/CTF standards.
Support investor onboarding workflows including AML/KYC verification, source‑of‑funds validation and compliance sign‑off.
Maintain robust audit trails, CRM workflows, communication logs and allocation records consistent with Kingsmen's governance posture.
Collaborate closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all investor‑facing materials and interactions uphold regulatory and fiduciary standards.
Performance Benchmarks Sustained capital inflows of approximately $10 million per month.

Remuneration

Required Experience Minimum 5 years' experience in senior capital raising, investor sourcing or institutional fundraising roles across alternative investments, asset management, structured products or capital markets.
Demonstrated history of independently sourcing investors and consistently converting those relationships into material capital commitments, including evidence of sustained monthly inflows at scale.
Established and active relationships with family offices, investment management firms, institutional investors and wholesale allocators across international markets.
Strong understanding of investment structures, risk assessment, portfolio construction and return attribution.
Proven ability to engage CIOs, investment committees, trustees and principals with credibility, authority and commercial judgement.
Comfort operating within a regulated, governance‑driven environment with high accountability.
