Client Support Engineer (Onsite) | $75K-$85K + Super | Brisbane We're partnering with a leading Brisbane based MSP that's expanding their onsite capability and looking for an experienced Client Support Engineer who loves building relationships, solving problems, and being the go-to tech clients' trust.
This is a hands-on, customer centric role where you'll spend most of your week onsite across multiple client environments. You will be the face of tech within these businesses, handling active issues, providing proactive support, representing the brand with professionalism and energy. When not onsite, you'll stay connected with your wider team to manage remote support.
What you'll do
* Provide onsite and remote support across multiple client environments.
* Resolve issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, networking, and end-user hardware.
* Build strong relationships with users and stakeholders, you'll be their trusted advisor.
* Take ownership of tickets from start to finish, communicating clearly and proactively.
* Spot recurring issues and suggest process or infrastructure improvements.
About you
* 3+ years' experience in a Service Desk / Field Engineer role within an MSP or multi-client environment
* Confident working autonomously and representing your team onsite.
* Strong communicator who enjoys engaging with people and delivering great service.
* Broad technical knowledge across Microsoft, Windows, and networking fundamentals.
* Driver's licence and reliable transport.
