About the Roles
Coast2Bay is currently growing with a number of new housing developments due to open in the coming months. We are recruiting for Housing Services Officers to support services delivery from our centres in Beerwah and Banya.
Housing Services Officer Roles
* The first point of contact for tenants and the community, triaging enquiries and working on early resolution.
* Data entry in a property and tenancy management system.
* Support tenancy finance functions
* Provide administrative support to the Housing Services Team, assisting in the delivery of tenancy and property functions.
Skills & Experience Required
* Essential administrative skills, a proficiency in data entry and telephone handling to ensure effective client service delivery.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
* Proven experience working with vulnerable client groups.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
