Silverchain is commencing an enterprise program to modernise our digital foundations and improve the experience for our clients, carers, providers, and staff. Powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365, this multi‐year transformation will bring a single, integrated platform to support care delivery at scale – advancing our role as a leading not‐for‐profit provider of home and community health services.
We've been trusted by Australians for 130 years, now with 5,800+ people caring and 150,000+ clients nationally. This role is a chance to apply your D365 expertise to work that matters – improving how care is coordinated and delivered across the country.
As a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering outcomes across a large‐scale enterprise transformation programme. Working in a hybrid agile environment, your focus will be on providing clear, high‐quality analysis and enabling effective delivery across complex stakeholder groups.
What's on offer
* Full‐time two‐year fixed‐term role. Monday‐Friday 76 hours per fortnight.

* Working for a non‐profit organisation, you can salary package up to $18,500 tax‐free.
* Everyday discounts, including discounted vouchers for Coles, Woolworths, Amazon, Myer, The Good Guys and more.
* Comprehensive health and wellbeing resources and support.
What we're looking for
* Strong business analysis expertise, including user story development, acceptance criteria, process modelling and requirements prioritisation.
* Proven stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders and delivery partners.

* Exposure to enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM or Salesforce; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform is advantageous but not essential.
* A structured, outcome‐focused consulting mindset suited to complex, multi‐stakeholder environments.
* Experience in healthcare, aged care or workforce management of a mobile workforce is highly regarded, but not required.
The role
* Lead end‐to‐end business analysis, independently eliciting, analysing and documenting complex requirements as clear, prioritised user stories with robust acceptance criteria.
* Facilitate and influence senior stakeholders, guiding discussions, resolving competing priorities and driving alignment in complex and ambiguous environments.
* Document future‐state processes and solution requirements that are scalable, pragmatic and aligned to enterprise platforms, with a strong preference for standard functionality.
* Act as the primary interface between business and delivery teams, ensuring requirements are well understood, feasible and outcome‐focused.
* Support delivery quality through sprint and UAT activities, including refining acceptance criteria, triaging feedback and maintaining focus on value.
* Produce high‐quality documentation and analysis artefacts suitable for large, regulated enterprise programmes and effective BAU handover.
