Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Leading a customer-facing IT support team in a multi-client environment
* Knowledge of relevant technologies: Windows Server, Azure, Hyper-V, and other enterprise platforms
* Understanding of technical infrastructure from desktops to firewalls
* Experience with ITIL, ticketing systems, and customer service principles
* Excellent English communication skills and an inspiring leadership style
