Rosshaven Marine are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer / Bookkeeper to join our team in a part-time capacity. This hands-on role covers a broad range of accounts duties and requires strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile POS transactions and account payments
* Manage receivables and follow up outstanding accounts
* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
* Enter accounts payable invoices into Xero and maintain accurate records
* Reconcile supplier statements and process payments
* Process weekly payroll and handle payroll queries
* Assist with month-end reporting
* General banking and finance administration
About You:
* Previous experience in a similar accounts/bookkeeping role
* Strong reconciliation and accounts knowledge
* Excel knowledge and experience
* Xero experience is strongly preferred for this position
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* Payroll experience highly regarded
