JOB PURPOSE
The HR Advisor is responsible for recruitment and selection, including
onboarding and offboarding. They also provide support and guidance
to all departments on HR related matters, assisting in the outcome
delivery.
KEY DUTIES/TASKS
* Carry out a selection and recruitment process as required by the
Managers and the business.
* Oversee the Performance Management Process, including assisting
in creating reviews, goal setting and development plans.
* Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best
practices to ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant and
effective.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
* Strong knowledge of work health and safety practices
* Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining
confidentiality.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
effectively.
* Serve as the primary contact for employee enquiries, concerns, and
conflicts, striving to maintain a positive and productive work
environment.
* Provide advice and assistance to employees and managers on a
wide range of HR issues, including performance management,
interpersonal conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
* Conduct investigations into employee complaints and issues,
ensuring fair and impartial processes.

Operational Performance
* Carry out a selection and recruitment process as required by the Managers.
* Participate in the interview process, offering insights on candidate selection and fit.
* Carry out all onboarding and offboarding requirements.
* Oversee the Performance Management Process, including assisting in creating reviews, goal setting and development plans.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
* EBA development
* Stay up to date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure
* HR policies and procedures are compliant and effective.
* Contribute to the development, implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

* Punctually attend meetings as required.
* Regularly provide feedback and updates during meetings
* Prepare systematic reports for the Group Operations Manager
