Location: Perth, Western Australia, Australia
Contract: 12-month contract with potential for a permanent position. Salary: A$120,000.00–A$150,000.00 per year.

Role focus: deliver quality customer service to internal and external customers and stakeholders, ensure KPIs are met, and support operational teams while maintaining high levels of customer service. Reporting to the Head of Fertiliser - WA.
Key responsibilities include supporting the Fertiliser team and leading the customer service function within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Motivate, train and lead the 6–9 member customer service team
- Manage, maintain and update process manuals
- Collaborate on IT projects related to customer service processes
- Provide IT support to operational teams
- Maintain a high level of data entry accuracy
- Process sales contracts accurately and timely
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Assist customers and stakeholders with accounts enquiries
- Ensure timely invoicing of confirmed dispatches
- Coordinate with operational teams for bookings, delays, and product/dispatch discrepancies
- Maintain excellent working relationships with sales, operations and network teams
- Oversee and approve credits and recharges where applicable
- Request stock adjustments where applicable
About You / Qualifications
- Passion for customer service with strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in a previous order fulfillment role
- Interest in farming or agriculture is desirable
- Self-motivated with ability to nurture and sustain solid customer relationships
- Ability to follow through and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience using SAP is advantageous
