Your Mission
As Head of Sales, you’ll lead our national growth strategy, drive team performance, and build strong customer relationships. You’ll oversee sales of our innovative solutions, including solar, hot water heat pumps, LED lighting, and air conditioning, pushing us toward our goal of becoming Australia’s #1 energy efficiency provider.
Key Responsibilities
* Team Leadership: Inspire and coach a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed targets.
* Customer Satisfaction: Enhance customer experience and manage Google reviews to ensure top service.
* Growth Strategy: Develop partnerships and explore new markets in line with our growth goals.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Sales Manager with a successful track record.
* Strong leader and communicator driven by growth and customer focus.
* Passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency.
* Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital tools and platforms to streamline processes and drive results.
What We Offer
* Competitive Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + performance bonuses up to $15,000 per quarter (OTE $210k+).
