The Network are seeking an AGSVA NV1 cleared Compliance Manager to work inside a Federal Government Department.

As a Compliance Manager you will lead reporting and oversight of cyberworthiness, patching compliance and ICT baseline adherence across a complex deployed environment. You will analyse risk, track patch saturation, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with governance, policy and operational frameworks. You will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and industry partners to drive compliance outcomes and support system-level assurance.
Who are we looking for:
Must have:
o Proven experience in compliance, cyber security or ICT governance roles within complex environments.
o Strong experience in patching compliance, vulnerability management and risk reporting.
o Demonstrated ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Have specialist ICT skills and knowledge in the following:
o Monitoring and reporting on patching and system compliance across ICT environments.
o Data analysis and reporting using ITSM tools and performance metrics.
o Cyber security frameworks, policy, governance and assurance processes.
o Stakeholder engagement across operations, sustainment teams and external partners.
o Providing SME advice on system compliance, patching and risk mitigation.
Desirable:
o Experience working within Defence or highly regulated government environments.
