Payroll Leader
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll function.
The successful candidate will drive process improvements, lead payroll projects, and play a key role in negotiations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll ensure compliance with awards, agreements, and legislation, managing end-to-end payroll processing for 450000 team members using Dayforce and Chris21.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing end-to-end payroll processing for 450000 team members.
* Ensuring timely and accurate submissions to regulatory bodies.
* Overseeing superannuation, leave, termination payments, workers' compensation, and employment-related tax obligations.
* Reconciling payroll to the general ledger and bank, and providing accurate reporting and payroll analysis.
* Leading, coaching, and supporting a team of six payroll professionals.
Additional skills and qualifications include:
* Experience working with payroll systems, preferably Dayforce and Chris21.
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation, Awards, and Enterprise Agreements.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
