About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in building and refining a database of potential clients for our newest Australian flagship village, Living Choice Parkwood.
You will work closely with our South Australian-based marketing team to set and operate sales events, functions, and sponsorships, creating a sales pipeline and referral network. Your journey will be navigating these clients through the construction process and ultimately moving them into their new home.
This is a full-time position, requiring five days of work per week, with some after-hours and weekend work as part of overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve agreed sales targets for new and resale homes.
* Promote sales by attending shopping centre promotions and sports, charitable, and service club events.
* Maintain positive resident relations and liaison with resident committees.
* Attend the sales office and manage all enquiries in the CRM.
* Participate in the handover procedures between construction, village management, and new residents.
About You:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Consultant who can represent our brand accurately, with integrity and care. You must have a proven history of providing outstanding customer service in a similar role, honest and able to quickly build rapport and trust with customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
* Highly developed and proven organisational, leadership, and time-management skills.
* Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal relationship skills.
* Ability to demonstrate empathy to effectively relate to retirees from diverse backgrounds.
* Property sales or leasing experience, including experience interacting with high-net-worth clients.
* Minimum 1–2 years of property sales or leasing experience required.
* Proven experience applying the QLD Retirement Villages Act.
* Sound knowledge and understanding of the Retirement Industry (preferred).
* Required registration to sell retirement village leases in QLD (or willingness to obtain).
* Sales registration must be obtained within the probation period if not already held.
* Current and valid Queensland driver's licence.
* Current nationally coordinated criminal history check (or willingness to obtain).
