This key user-facing role within the IT department will be responsible for capturing, analysing, and documenting business processes and requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
What We're Looking For
1. A Senior Business Analyst with experience in Insurance Products.
2. Ability to navigate between business and technical domains, with insurance knowledge and experience, especially with data needs and integrations with new vendors.
3. Extensive stakeholder engagement experience and ability to work with ambiguity.
4. Proven ability to elicit requirements and create analysis and visualization models (e.g., BPMN, context models, User Stories, Use Cases).
5. Strong analytical skills to identify achievable recommendations.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
7. Experience in managing relationships and influencing stakeholders at various levels across IT and business units, internally and externally.
8. Highly motivated, capable of managing multiple complex initiatives with competing deadlines, often working autonomously.
