Help us keep every build tight, traceable, and on budget. You'll be the owner of ERP data accuracy, job cards, timesheets, and close-outs—so the workshop, finance, and customers all see one source of truth.

What You'll Do
* Create/maintain job cards and routing in ERP; keep status and documents current.
* Reconcile timesheets daily; match labour & materials to the right job codes.
* Track quoted vs actuals, flag variances, and help prepare weekly margin/variance reports.
* Manage change logs, version control (drawings, photos, inspection sheets), and close jobs within 5 business days of handover.
* Partner with Scheduling, CX, Workshop, and Finance to keep data aligned and decisions fast.

What You'll Bring
* 2–5+ years in project admin / production admin (manufacturing, automotive, or construction).
* Confident with ERP/MRP (WorkGuru/SimPRO/Pronto or similar) and Excel/Sheets (lookups, pivots).
* Detail-driven, organised, and calm under multiple live jobs.
* Clear communicator across workshop floor and leadership.

* Job costing experience and light accounting literacy.
* Exposure to 4x4 or engineered-to-order environments.
