Lead Housing and Homelessness Services
We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our housing and homelessness programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, psychology or management and at least five years of experience supporting vulnerable individuals within a trauma-informed framework.
The role requires hands-on leadership skills, with the ability to provide supervision and guidance to staff while resolving complex issues. You will be responsible for identifying new service opportunities aligned with our strategic goals, overseeing budgets and reporting, and implementing evaluation mechanisms to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.

About You
* Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology or management (minimum Diploma in Community Services with extensive experience considered).
* At least five years' experience supporting vulnerable individuals within a trauma-informed framework.
* Strong understanding of domestic and family violence impacts.
* Knowledge of tenancy and property management processes.
* Expertise in case management, advocacy, outreach and client coordination.
* Strong financial, operational and people management skills.
